Determine your effectiveness; begin with analysis

How do you know if you’re effective?

Take time to analyze and evaluate your effectiveness.

Where do you begin? Observe what you are doing right, and be aware of areas for improvement. Choose actions that can make a true difference in your business, as well as to you personally and professionally.

Consider your new ideas. Outline your plans and take action.

  • Decide to be proactive.
  • Choose to be enterprising.
  • Take the first step, be experimental and test your ideas.
  • Schedule tasks around your most productive time periods.

Block out time daily to focus on top priorities.

Concentrate on your top 3 items. Use your time, energy and resources for what matters most in attaining your end result as well as benefiting and building others. Be the best. Be effective.
